Sun International's Namibian flagship, the famous Kalahari Sands Hotel has a superb conference facility on offer.

The Kalahari Sands Hotel offers a small and intimate conference venue and banqueting facility, located on the rooftop of the hotel, with magnificent views of the city.

Conference Equipment

The latest electronic conference aids have been installed in the new conference centre, including: data lines, satellite decoders, video conferencing facilities, and laptop presentation equipment. All the conference rooms have pull-down projection screens.
International Business Centre

Located on the first floor, the business centre offers all the facilities of a normal office, with a wide range of equipment and back-up secretarial services. Air reservations, aircraft charter, and Avis Car Rental are situated here.

Excursions are available by arrangement to numerous places of interest.

"Big 6" Conference Centre

The Kalahari Sands Hotel now offers a superb new conference facility in addition to the Moringa Room, expanding the conference facilities previously provided. The conference centre provides six intimate conference room.

Moringa Room (160 sqm)

The Moringa conference area includes a lobby, pre-assembly/bar area and a multi-purpose function room. It is serviced by its own kitchen. The room is ideal for conferences, seminars, fashion shows, dinner, dancing or cabaret and can comfortably seat 120 diners’ banquet style and 200 cinema style seating. The conference room affords guests a panoramic view of the city.
