The Gaborone Sun Conference centre consists of a main conference room, which may be divided into three separate rooms. In addition there are five seminar rooms for use as meeting rooms. The centre is totally self-contained with a reception and lobby area and pre-assembly that includes a bar.
 
All rooms are equipped with wall to wall carpeting, air conditioning, independently controlled lights with dimmer switches, PA Systems, black-out facilities, telephone jacks and conference aids.
